Industrial PCs and general computers are roughly similar in structure. They are composed of chassis, CPU, power supply, keyboard and mouse and other components. General computers have cooler fans. Industrial PCs obviously also have cooler fans. This cooler fan mainly dissipates heat for the chassis. Then, what is the CPU fan of the industrial computer for cooling the chassis?
In its real industrial computer chassis, the CPU fan is only a part of it. There are also memory cooler fans, expansion slot cooler fans, disk array cooler fans and chassis fans.
The CPU cooler fan is used to dissipate the heat of the CPU. They are used to quickly transfer the heat of the CPU and blow it into the nearby air, which has the actual effect of reducing heat.
Clean up the dust near the CPU, and then apply thermal grease to the upper edge of the CPU cover, then take out the cooling fan, remove the parts, and remove the thermal paper sticker of the cooler fan. Then install the cooler fan bracket and insert it into the card slot near the CPU.
Then press down the rubber screw, install the CPU cooler fan of the industrial computer, and then fasten the button to the bracket to fix the CPU fan. In this way, the CPU fan is installed successfully.
When the CPU is running, the waste heat caused by the silicon wafer is conducted to the top. The waste heat absorbed by the top is transferred to the radiator body, and finally the CPU fan accelerates the air flow near the radiator box.
